ClearAir ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI mediation service.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and password (hashed).
Session Data: Temporary audio streams for real-time processing. We do NOT store audio recordings of your sessions.
Usage Data: Session duration, timestamps, and credit usage for billing purposes.

3. AI Processing

Our service uses OpenAI's Realtime API to process audio. Audio data is streamed directly to the AI provider for processing and is not retained by us. Transcripts are generated temporarily during the session to facilitate the AI's understanding but are not permanently stored in our database unless you explicitly request a summary.

4. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@clearair.ai.
